Our Pedagogy
“Child is the creator of the Man” a term we
can readily relate to, the science is very clear, a child between his birth to 6 years of
age learns at a speed unmatched to the rest of his or her life! only a stimulating
environment can provide content enough to his sponge-like absorbent mind, not an oral
rhetoric captured in a square ruled notebook.
What the “Hand does the mind remembers” well the today's world seems to agree on the same,
they stress on “hands-on experience” which quiet relates to the Montessori methodology, the
child is encouraged to explore his environment with his hands which feeds his mind to build
a perfect hand and mind coordination.
A mixed age group further helps them to guide and be guided and it hones your child’s
curious mind through self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play.

Why Montessori
The word
Montessori has been for a long time associated with school, but in reality, it is a
revolutionary method of carefully observing, discovering, and supporting the natural
development of human beings, at all ages and in many situations, in other words, we can term
it as “ Education for Life ”
Most of us would have observed our children think and perform tasks quite abruptly and
independently,
and they instinctively repeat tasks of their interest multiple times until they achieve a
certain level of expertise, as they perform such tasks they are unmindful of any obstacles,
which demonstrates a children's quality of observation and perseverance.
“Life is made of choices which we make” at a very early age, The Montessori education pays
emphasis on a child's choice and perceived control, the children are not coaxed into
learning through obedience and commands of others which they seldom relate to,
Trained adults observe a child’s interest in an activity to which he/she is drawn to (
sensitive to repeat), remove obstacles (not stop him) that might hinder his natural learning
process, and provide him with multiple opportunities to repeat his activity of interest
until he achieves his perceived mastery.
In a nutshell, the Montessori method is a child-centered, holistic, self-paced, and
experiential approach to learning.
Respect for the Child
Respect is also shown by giving pupils the freedom to make choices, to do things for themselves, and to learn for themselves. child wearing his father's cloth
Independence of Discovery
Montessori also recognizes each child is different, and therefore their interests and educational needs will vary, as well. We emphasize an individual approach that allows teachers to figure out and develop activities and learning experiences that follow each child’s specific needs and readiness, Over time.
Sensitive Periods
Montessori pedagogy believes there are certain periods during which children are more ready to learn certain skills, Through observation, Montessori teachers must identify sensitive periods in their students and provide the resources for children to flourish during this time.
The Prepared Environment
Always child-centered, The teachers prepare the learning environment by making materials and experiences available to children in an orderly and independent way.
